If you don’t find what you need there please enter your email below (requester) and a complete description of the trouble you are having.  It is very helpful if you can also provide:

  • the time your were having the issue
  • your operating system (Apple IOS, Windows 8,9,10 etc)
  • your device – laptop, desktop, mobile, tablet
  • the browser you are using – Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera, etc
  • screenshots if possible
